As you know, we went through a structural transition and had to close our Frankfort, IN production facility.  This was a new process to us and we spent significant time working with your company as well as many others to determine who we felt the most comfortable with and who could provide the best value for our business.  After much research, we determined that your organization was the most professional, provided the best value, and was best equipped to handle our project.  

As always, the initial agreement to do business is just the start.  The next challenge comes in you actually doing what you said you would do.  I would like to first say, you did that and more.  The day after the agreement was signed, your team was in our facility handling the asset "lotting".  Your team was very flexible in working around the many activities we had going on in the plant.  They were efficient and diligent with their efforts and completed the entire process within 1 week.  Within 3 more weeks, the auction was taking place.  We were initially concerned about having numerous "strangers" in our plant during the auction process.  However, it was well-organized and left no risk open to us.  Within 3 weeks of the auction being completed, absolutely everything was removed from our plant and you left the plant clean and organized.

Your team clearly understood the process thoroughly, was very patient in working with us and, without a doubt, your offer was extremely competitive.  Your team was flexible with our changing timeline and operated with machine-like precision.  I sincerely appreciate the efficiency with which you dealt with our transaction.  You met each and every commitment, were timely with all obligations, and were professional in every respect of the word.  I greatly appreciate your support and guidance and thank you for handling this project for us.

Biditup conducted 5 online auction sales of surplus equipment for us located in Texas, California, Florida & Colorado. The surplus was a result of multiple plant closures. BIU made what seemed to be very complicated, very easy and seamless for us. The returns were very good and the process very easy. Thanks to the entire BIU nationwide staff!    

Columbia Iron and Wire was located at the shipyard in Portland, Oregon. BIU was chosen because they took the uncertainty out of the auction for me. They provided us with an upfront cash guarantee and the end result far exceeded our expectations. The project was logistically complicated as it was located in a multi-tenant shipyard but Biditup had no problems dealing with the adversities. They did what they said they would do and more. Biditup was a great company to work with and we would not hesitate in recommending them in the future.

O’Conner Tank was a manufacturer of large diameter tanks located in Toronto Canada. The deal was awarded to MG martin in conjunction with Biditup Auctions Worldwide, Inc because of their vast reach throughout North America. The facilities were in excess of 60,000 sq feet and all the items were sold and removed from the sale promptly. The MG Martin and BIU team did a great job! Best of successes in the future.

Biditup in Conjunction with Koster Industries Inc. conducted an onsite worldwide web cast auction for the assets formerly of Angstrom Graphics Inc. in Hollywood Florida. The sale consisted of world class late model Komori Web Presses and Bindery Equipment. One of the Komori Web Lines was sold to China. The balance of the sales included buyers from all of North America, Europe and Asia. The sale was prepared ad conducted flawlessly, the equipment was available to buyers for under power run offs and color checks prior to the auction. The removal went as planned. The Joint venture group of BIDITUP and Koster Industries is highly recommended.

 

Windsor Machine & Stamping 2009 LTD  "World Renowned Manufacturer of Automotive Muffler Hangers, Seat Rods and other Long Headed Rods and Bent Wire Forms" needed to consolidate its facilities in Windsor Ontario Canada. The Biditup team coordinated both Canadian sites and conducted a very successful Webcast theatre style auction sale. There were buyers from all over the world to bid on the over 400 items. BIU provided logistical rigging, trucking and export services to assist in worldwide transportation of the assets. They fulfilled their financial obligations as promised and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Northstar Aerospace Chicago Inc. was transitioning some of its production and competitively solicited bids for its surplus and redundant equipment. In conjunction with Heritage Global Partners and Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers, an online sale was conducted and all items were sold from multiple locations in a very short time frame. The equipment was removed as agreed. The partnership provided greater exposure to the assets and on time skilled performance from a finely tuned team. Good Job Group!

We are pleased with the outcome of the online sale with BIDITUP Auctions Worldwide. We had a surplus of analytical chemistry equipment and several liquidators contacted us but we chose BIDITUP because they provided the highest guarantees on return. Our auction was successful and their marketing attracted buyers from all over the world. They honored our agreement, from payment of proceeds, report of sale and documentation to the removal of the assets. And they communicated with us every step of the way. We would not hesitate to work with the BIDITUP group and appreciate their expert knowledge and assistance.

BIDITUP in conjunction with the Harry Davis Company acquired the former assets of Coty, US LLC. Coty was a manufacturer of personal care products in Rocky Point, North Carolina. The Davis & BIDITUP team did a terrific job in following through with the a multi-million dollar cash payment to Coty and the removal of the assets. The auction was live with on site with Internet bidding. The building was full of buyers on the day of the sale and the auctioneers conducted the sale very professionally and the crowd was very engaged and bid with enthusiasm. The removal process went very smooth for such complexity. A job well done!

 

We worked with BIDITUP to acquire late model Haas equipment, accessories and tooling for online auction sale. They completed the auction and did everything they said they would including removing all  assets out of the building in less than 30 days. We would gladly recommend BIDITUP in the future.

 

BIDITUP acquired certain off lease repossessed assets from storage in Newark, California. BIDITUP moved those assets to its warehouse in Huntington Park, CA and conducted an auction sale. The sale was very well attended from buyers throughout North America and the auction was very well organized.

BIDITUP competed amongst several international competitors and was ultimately chosen to conduct the receivership auction sale of Satisfied Brake based on their guarantee and experience in the market place. The sale consisted of about 800 lots of automotive brake making machines and tooling. BIDITUP brought buyers from all over the world. The set-up of the auction was extremely professional and the conduct of the auction was very exciting, created enthusiasm and very good results for the estate. BIDITUP is a great company to work with.

BIDITUP works miracles! We had a very difficult landlord charging us $35,000 per month. BIDITUP said it could complete the job in 30 days without sacrificing value. They did the job in record time and the proceeds far exceeded our expectations. The equipment was removed and the keys handed over to the landlord on the 30th day as promised. We highly recommend BIDITUP and would not hesitate to use them on any projects in the future. 

Regarding the Auction - Formerly of Scott Brass Inc.

BIDITUP acquired all the assets of Scott brass including 2 buildings totaling over 200,000 square feet and all of the rolling mill and casting equipment. It was a very complex project including the foreclosure of the secured party’s notes. BIDITUP's team was a pleasure to work with and was extremely well versed in the legal aspects of the transaction and completed the sales of the real properties and equipment flawlessly.  For large complicated transaction, BIU is top on our list.

We consigned some used equipment to BIDITUP to sell at their auction warehouse in Huntington Park , California , they exceeded our expectations, paid timely and would use them again without hesitation. 

I would like to commend BIDITUP Auctions for their exceptional industrial auction and real estate services. Our company, Advance Pierre Foods, negotiated with several auction companies to sell our machinery and real estate and ultimately chose BIU.  They fulfilled our agreement beyond our expectations and were timely and attentive to all of our needs in dealing with a very complex transaction.  We appreciate their expertise and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

In 2008, our company had the difficult task of closing down a glass manufacturing plant in Fullerton, CA. Some equipment was transferred to our other manufacturing locations, but surplus equipment was destined for the scrap pile. After contacting BIDITUP in Studio City, CA, the representative explained their on-line auctioning services and requested an equipment list. Later, he met me at the site to inspect the equipment. I was pleased that he found a couple other pieces of value that we had ignored.

We signed a simple consignment agreement and BIDITUP started to work. After the bidding process ended, the new buyers of the surplus equipment came by the site to pick up the items. About 50 days after signing the agreement, we were pleased to obtain a complete report and return. Overall, this was an easy process. BIDITUP upheld everything they promised and the results were fantastic.

My perspective, is that your group - from our initial meetings with Glen, through the onsite work by Joe, to our discussions with you - is outstanding.  I wish all the people I worked with had the same level of timeliness and competency.

There are so many people who call themselves professionals, even though most of them are not qualified as professionals. When my brother-in-law passed away suddenly, I was thrown into the business of heavy machinery that I am not familiar with at all. When BIDITUP was introduced to me through a friend, I was very skeptical about everything, including auctioning off what my brother-in-law had built up during the past fifteen years of his life. I routinely sell equipment at my place of business and have had a couple auctions over the many years. The auction conducted by BIDITUP was the most profitable and required the least amount of time investment by my employees to prepare. All of the auctioned items were removed from the Vancouver Plant on or before Tuesday, July 27th. However, it is my understanding that the buyers were invoiced and were required to pay or guarantee payment before pick up, and to the best of my knowledge only 12 lots of the 310 lots did not sell. This is another point of success; we had very little to scrap.
