FACILITY SYNOPSIS

This sale represents a rare, turnkey opportunity to acquire a complete end-to-end lithium-ion pouch cell manufacturing ecosystem, from raw material handling through formation, aging, and grading—supported by world-class automation, clean/dry room environments, and advanced safety systems.

  • The Midland Plant:
    A 400,000 sq. ft. world-class manufacturing hub featuring high-bay clearance, Class 10,000 to Class 1,000 clean and dry rooms, and fully integrated, automated production lines engineered for high-volume cell fabrication.
  • The Auburn Hills Facility:
    A specialized R&D and prototype center housing pilot manufacturing lines, precision laboratory instrumentation, and validation systems used to bridge chemical engineering and industrial-scale deployment.
