• The Midland Plant: A 400,000 sq. ft. world-class manufacturing hub featuring high-bay clearance, sophisticated clean-dry room environments, and fully integrated automated assembly lines.
• The Auburn Hills Facility: A specialized R&D and Prototype Center housing precision laboratory instrumentation and pilot manufacturing lines used to bridge the gap between chemical engineering and industrial-scale application.

1. Electrode Processing & Material Handling

• Slurry Mixing: High-shear and planetary mixing systems for precise anode/cathode formulation.
• Coating & Drying: Complete electrode coating lines with integrated solvent recovery systems.
• Precision Slitting: Late-model automated Anode & Cathode Slitters designed for high-speed, tight-tolerance material separation.

• Kokam Stacking: High-speed JJ / jelly roll stackers and patented Z-folding equipment—the industry standard for high-performance fabrication.

• Infrastructure:York industrial chillers, Atlas Copco rotary screw air compressors, and heavy-duty dust collection.
• Material Handling: Late-model Toyota and Yale electric/LPG forklifts, AGVs, and FlexLink/Dorner conveyors.
• MRO Crib: Thousands of unused spare parts from SMC, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens.

AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All assets are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding condition, fitness for purpose, or merchantability. Buyer’s Premium will be charged at this sale. Please refer to the specific auction catalog for final rates. PAYMENT METHODS: Acceptable payment methods include Wire Transfer. All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion. REMOVAL: All items must be removed by the specified checkout date. Removal and logistics are to be professionally coordinated. All safety procedures, insurance protocol and removal protocol are to be strictly adhered to.  All buyers and riggers must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to any removal activity.
