• All internet bidders must register for this auction at least 48-HOURS PRIOR TO SALE DATE.
• All internet bidders must post a 25% deposit of your planned spending budget in the form of a WIRE TRANSFER
 with BIDITUP AUCTIONS WORLDWIDE, INC. in order to be approved to bid. 
• Those who do not post the deposit will not be approved. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ONSITE BIDDERS:
 

   • Registration is available onsite.

   • A $50,000 deposit in the form of a CASHIER'S CHECK is required at registration for REAL ESTATE. 
   Bidders on Real Estate will not be approved without deposit.

   • On the day of the sale all purchases must be paid in full or a mandatory 25% deposit is due at time of purchase.  

   • PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL THE FOLLOWING DAY BY NOON.

• If you are unable to attend our auction or participate via the internet, please fill out, sign and fax back the
